Multi-Sport Superstar and Highly Ranked Bodybuilder
Born and raised in Worchester, Livi Sheldon is a 6ft competitive Bodybuilder and Online Coach, with a passion for all forms of fitness and physicality.
Livi’s passion for sports began at age 6, when she played football for a boy’s football team. She eventually moved over to a girls’ team, where she became captain for many years, and went on to play for Worcester City Ladies.
In addition to football, her passion for sports resulted in her swimming for her local county and joining an athletics team where she became a county high jumper.
Her first foray into bodybuilding came at age 24, when Livi competed in 4 competitions to great success, placing #5 in the British Finals for ‘Toned Figure Tall’ – later that year, she ranked #2 for ‘England Toned Figure’.
Graduating from Worcester University with a degree in Sports Science, Livi became fascinated with how the body can be moulded, shaped and controlled with hard work and passion.
In 2023, Livi was announced as ‘Diamond’ in the new BBC One series of Gladiators.
